Some Products are Produced in limited runs. Each piece is then made individually to avoid overproduction.

Delivery for limited runs may also take 7–14 days.

Orders placed within the EU are typically delivered within 4–8 business days.

We aim to ship every order as fast as possible.

Order Cancellation

ASCND DEPARTMENT. reserves the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
