ASCND DEPARTMENT. ships worldwide to most international destinations.

Estimated delivery times for international shipments are 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Some Products are Produced in limited runs. Each piece is then made individually to avoid overproduction.

Delivery for limited runs may also take 7–14 days.

Orders placed within the EU are typically delivered within 4–8 business days.

We aim to ship every order as fast as possible.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. This includes situations where the carrier leaves the package unattended at the delivery address (e.g., mailbox, porch, front door, or building reception).

ASCND DEPARTMENT. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your exchange.

ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Abuse

ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. monitors return activity to prevent misuse of our policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict future purchases from customers who repeatedly abuse the returns system.
