Returns & Exchanges
At ASCND DEPARTMENT CO., every piece is produced in limited runs and inspected before shipment. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we offer returns in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene and quality control reasons, items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your exchange.
ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Return Abuse
ASCND DEPARTMENT CO. monitors return activity to prevent misuse of our policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict future purchases from customers who repeatedly abuse the returns system.
